RETURNS

Returns are easy! Reach out to LittleThingsbyTasha@gmail.com (Subject line: RETURN) and I will reply with the return address.

Also please include your original invoice.

 

You are responsible for return shipping cost.

 

Once I recieve your return, I will issue you a store credit via email so you can order the correct size, item, etc.! This helps me keep my inventory perfect! 

 

Most items are eligible for returns; however, the following items are FINAL SALE:

     - All Clerance tees and discounted items

     -  All Personlized items (unless an error was made on my part)

 

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED.

Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs, laundry detergent or other odors will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

 

While I don't mind changing a size, or an address before an order ships, please double check your order! If an order is already shipped and you need a change, I ask that you follow through the normal return process!

 

 If your order is returned to me due to a bad address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to the correct address. If you are alerted that your package has been returned to sender, please email LittleThingsbyTasha@gmail.com so I can send you a shipping invoice. If your return to sender mail sits with me for more than 30 days, it will then be donated to our local shelter.

 

 If an order needs cancelled, I require a 20% cancellation fee.

 

Discount codes CANNOT be added once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING

Thank you so much for shopping with me! I anticipate orders leaving from me within 5-7 days after order is placed.

All orders are made to order. I do not keep inventory of pre-made items.

 

During busy seasons orders may take longer than 5-7 days. Sometimes it may only take 24 hours. Highly depends on workload.
